Senior Associate
Heloise is a Senior Associate at the firm with significant experience across various sectors covering the full breadth of commercial legal support.
She trained at an international law firm and spent many years working in-house – including as sole counsel – at businesses within financial services, fashion, talent management, student accommodation, anti-piracy and brand protection.
Whilst working in-house Heloise worked closely with senior management and boards to manage all business, legal and reputational risk, and led on the development of effective in-house legal processes and complex projects.
As a result of this experience, Heloise is passionate about fully understanding her clients’ needs and providing clear, pragmatic and commercial advice to help them realise their strategic goals.
