Maddy Westbrook-Burr

Trainee Solicitor

Maddy joined the team in October 2023. She supports the firm by providing commercially tailored advice across a broad range of practice areas. In particular, she conducts legal research and reviews a range of commercial agreements for marketing, promotional events, services, and supply and distribution. Maddy has also assisted with a range of data protection queries, intellectual property matters, and company secretarial work.

Maddy graduated from the University of Nottingham with an Upper Second-Class Joint Honours degree in American Studies and English, before achieving a Commendation in her GDL at the University of Law London Bloomsbury. She is currently studying her LPC at the University Law part-time alongside her work. Prior to joining Stephens Maddy worked for a large fashion retailer as a Paralegal.

Maddy is an active individual and in her spare time, regularly goes running and attends gym classes; she most recently completed a half-marathon, with the ambition to achieve more in the future.
