Nancy Coen

Senior Associate

Nancy joined the firm in 2016. She provides a broad range of legal advice to two of the firm’s largest clients, from drafting, negotiating and advising on service provider and supplier agreements through to providing support with marketing, events and data protection.

Nancy regularly spends time in-house with one of our longest-standing clients where she advises members of the business on a variety of legal issues and provides in-house legal support to the Head Office team. Nancy provides advice on a wide range of related issues, from IT, e-commerce, distribution, logistics and licensing agreements to consumer issues, product endorsement and influencer arrangements.

Nancy provides IP and brand protection advice and manages the brand protection and anti-counterfeiting programme for one of our major clients.

Nancy graduated with first class honors and obtained a Distinction in her LPC. Prior to joining the firm, Nancy worked at the Supreme Court of Victoria (Australia).
