At Stephens we have assisted our clients for many years in the execution of their marketing strategies and within the realm of marketing law. We have drafted and negotiated many sponsorship deals with world-renowned athletes, artists, musicians and organisations, including Premiership football clubs.
We have been regularly involved in the appointment of creative and PR companies as well as ensuring that marketing strategies do not infringe the IP rights of others. We have also on a number of occasions assisted our clients in exiting sponsorship relationships that, for one reason or another, have become economically unviable or otherwise broken down.
Our experience in this area makes us ideally placed to partner with our clients to ensure that they are able to successfully build their brand’s image while avoiding pitfalls along the way. We take a very commercial approach to this work.
